The problem
Every registration opening packs the demand into a few minutes: spots can't be oversold, the price depends on whether the person has a Tarjeta Vecino, and every payment needs its receipt.
The solution
Online sign-up and payment
Cart, Transbank Webpay and electronic receipts. Spot reservation is atomic: two residents never end up with the same one.
Virtual waiting room
During high-demand openings, residents queue with their live position and get in by turns, without taking the site down.
Tarjeta Vecino and in-person sales
Discounted pricing validated against the Tarjeta Vecino resident card, for cardholders and their family, plus a point of sale for the venues.
Institutional website
Migrated from WordPress to Payload CMS: news, venues, documents and forms the corporation edits itself.
